What may cause chest pain that radiate down to the upper leg?

I have chest pain that radiate from my chest, down to my abdomen, and then down to my upper leg. It is a sharp pain that last for a few seconds and then it is gone. I have this pain everyday. Could it be heart related, aneurysm, or something else?
