Pulse in stomach. Is it normal?

Hi everyone. A while back I noticed I could see my pulse in my stomach. I wen't to the doctor about 2 months ago because I was having burning sensations in my chest and my stomach. The doctor said it could be GERD. They took blood tests and said everything was normal except my sugar level was a little high but it was nothing to worry about. I wen't back to the doctor recently because I had the same symptoms and he felt around my stomach and listened to my heart and other stuff. They took more blood and everything was normal. I was wondering if they could tell if you have an aneurysm by feeling your stomach, listening to your heart, and taking blood tests? I'm a 16 year old Male if that helps.
