How do I care for this sick fledgling mockingbird?
You need to take the fledgling to a local wildlife rehab center or person. Check out the local one here in Houston
My Retainer Softened what do I do?
I soaked my retainer in deluded Listerine for 5 hours and when i put it back in my mouth it softened. I think the Listerine ate it away. I have the acrylic kind with the wire. I dont know what to do. Is it safe to wear do i need a new one or can they fix this one?
Dizziness headaches ringing ears vision issues etc...?
Since last November i have been experiencing headaches and dizziness... i went to the gp several times.. in the end i had an MRI and it came up fine except for swollen adenoids and swelling behind the eyes. Since then, i have still experienced dizziness. I have ringing in the ears and now a clicking when i swallow or yawn. My vision has also deteriorated.. it seems hazy in poor lighting and i get starburst effects with bright lights e.g. lamposts and cars. I do not know what to do because it is horrible. My family do not really seem to understand how i feel unwell all the time and probably think i am a bit of a hypochondriac. I have not been to the GP since December because i do not see what more they can do for me. My Grandad died of a brain haemmorhage and i am worried that it may be an aneurysm or something like that, however; i have had an MRI so i do not know what it could be =(

Are there any known adverse effects on offspring conceived by parents using hormone therapy for infertility?
Wondering if any studies have explored if there is an increased incidence of adverse conditions (mental disorders, hormone imbalance, etc) in individuals who were conceived using hormone therapy opposed to those conceived without.
Does a modern day (2011) CT scan show unruptured aneurysm?
Maybe, but unruptured aneurysms, probably not. They even miss some small leaks. The best test when a leak is suspected is still a lumbar puncture (spinal tap).
