How to get fake nail glue to come out?

I have a fake nail kit and of course it came with nail glue. It was a fresh supply, all sealed up, and when you try to apply it to the fake nail it won't come out!!! I've squeezed with my fingers with my teeth, and i've even tried to microwave it for a few seconds to try and soften it and it wont work. Any suggestions as to how to get the glue to come out of the applicator?
