Does this sound like an Aneurysm?

2 days ago my husband said he felt a popping feeling in his head then a migrane developed instantly. He hardly ever has headaches at all. He said his headache will go away for a short period and then come back. Today his neck is sore, he's nauseous but not vomiting, hes been getting dizzy and lightheaded, behind his eyes is where it hurts n he said it hurts to move s eyes in different directions. We dint have medical insurance so he refuses to go to the hospital unless things get worse but I told him if it is an aneurysm it could kill him. I'm very worried.. Could i have some opinions please?
