Tortuosity of the Aorta. Is it bad? Is it treatable?

I recently had some x rays done due to a car accident that I had and they showed that I have something I didn't even know, Tortuosity of the Aorta, the Doctor said that sometimes it is related with aneurysms so I'm pretty scared, he told me to see a cardiologist and a vascular surgeon. Is this condition dangerous? Treatable? Any information is appreciated.
