Pregnant? please answer.?

HELLO. So I was supposed to get my period on june 30th i took a regular test yesterday (30th) that said positive and then a digital one today( the 1st) that said pregnant with the due date calculator on webmd.com it says i should be due on or around March 8th and im about 4 weeks along. BUT i dont know if im really pregnant or not, or if i should tell anyone BECAUSE i have a son who will be 4months old on july 9th, so do you think im really pregnant or do you think its just my hormones from him that i still have that could be giving me a false positive? help. cause i would like to tell people because im so excited but i dont want to say anything an have it turn out both positives were false due to just having a baby 4 months ago and still having leftover hormones.
