Can anyone answer a question seriously about Brain Aneurysm?

I need to know if it is possible for someone to go to a hospital because they have a ruptured aneurysm and leave the hospital that same day and would any doctor let someone leave a hospital with an unruptured aneurysm at all, whether they had one rupture or not? I know someone who has told everyone she knows that she went to the hospital a few years ago after trying to fly to NY she had to me medically removed from the plane and at the hospital was told she had a ruptured aneurysm then went home that night after being treated and now she says she still has one left ...could this at all be a true story? She is only in her early 40's. She is trying to tell someone she got fired from her waitress job because they found out she "had an aneurysm" 5 years ago...does this sound plausible to any right minded person? is there any medically trained person who can tell me if this could actually happen? I really appreciate your input
