Scared heart palps/aneursyms???????????????…

Im 16 years old and have minor hyperthyroidism, I don't know if this is related to anything though. Anyways, I've always had awful reflux, to the point where its hard to breathe and hurts to swallow, but now I;m getting chestpain more often and even a pulsing sensation in my stomach at times. Also, I get heart palpitations and feel dizzy a bit. The main reason Im posting this is bc I want to know could this just be from thyroid issues? Im only 16, and Im so scared bc my grandpa died of an aortic aneurysm. My parents don't have one though, whatre aneurysm signs?
